You have heard it said that, “consistency is the key to success” but I say to you that consistency is only one of the keys to success.

You have heard it said, “Knowledge is power” I say to you that knowledge is only potential power. Actual power is only ever the result of the proper and timely application of information.

Just my take on it.

Consistency, perseverance and the ability to continue taking action in the face of adversity has got to be one of the most important things necessary for success in life. The reason being is simply that consistency gives the individual an opportunity to do what is actually important in my opinion.

We get in life that which is in alignment with who we are and what we are capable of. You can have more in life but first you must become more. Therefore life is not about what we want to do, who we want to be or where we want to go but rather it is about who we are actively being in each moment. We are human beings not human doings after all.

You must grow!

You must change!

You must evolve!

You must transcend!

Being persistent and consistent keeps the information and experience flowing to you which will give you the opportunity to do the most important thing which is, learn what you need to learn, strengthen the muscles you need to strengthen in order to become the person you need to become. Without consistency and persistence you will not have the opportunity to learn and grow at all. It is not enough just to be persistent however because persistence without learning, course correcting and personal transcendence simply means that you are going to die tired… Extinction truly is the default in this world.

You must open your eyes learn whatever it is you need to learn in order to get whatever it is you need to get out of life so you can be who you need to be. You can only win this game by learning; evolving and transcending past the person you are today so pay attention my friends.
