⚜️An important lesson that I learned in my life is that dominance breeds respect. If you want to earn self-respect, you gotta learn how to dominate your desires and train to win over the weaker versions of yourself.
If you don’t train on a regular basis then there’s no way you could know how far you are capable of going. It’s only your competence and strength that’ll take you far in life and prepare you for the battle. I keep stressing the fact that physical fitness is one of the most important factors to have if you want to achieve a better quality of life. Being grounded in reality is another important component of that.
Remember the quote, “Fatigue makes cowards of us all”. It does take a huge amount of strength to understand your own limitations but that’s what makes you stronger and more confident.
As you work on yourself, you give yourself the repeated experience of building trust in yourself. So don’t give up and operate your life with faith not fear!
