How is gold perfected?

How does sand transform into a pearl?

 How does coal become diamond?

How does the lonely little caterpillar become a beautiful butterfly?

How do we become all that we can ever be along the many roads of life’s journey?

The answer to all these questions can be found in one word  that represents a thing governed by a principal that rules not only our individual lives but also everything growing, transforming and changing on this planet.  The principle that represents the answer to all those questions is simply… The PROCESS.

The gold is perfected through a process of intense heat and fire. The sand transforms into a pearl by being trapped in the mouth of an oyster deep within the ocean where the process takes place. Diamonds are trapped deep in the earth where they experience intense pressure and indoor long periods of time before transmuting from coal.  The monarch butterfly is the result of a process called metamorphosis that the caterpillar must undergo.

To everything of value in this world there is an appropriate process of purification and transmutation that must take place  in order for the appropriate trance formation to occur. The length and volume of the process that any element goes through speaks directly to the amount of change, transformation and value that will come as a result of the process itself.

Life itself is a process and as we read in the Bible, seed, time and harvest will be the law that governs this world until it is destroyed. The seed of your reality began with a thought and as you made choices you entered into the incubation phase of the cultivation of the process that has given birth to your current situation in life. Eventually we all eat the fruit of our decisions obviously because as we all know, you are where you are because of the decisions you’ve made.

One does not become obese overnight but rather, bite by bite an individual works hard at creating that reality.  It is easier for some to do than it is for others based on genetics but the reality is that in any case there was time, effort and even money spent on the creation of that set of life’s circumstances.  The same can be said of all that you experience good and bad even if what you experience on a given day has nothing to do with you, its still your decisions that have gotten you in a position to be present for the event in the first place. You are the common denominator in your life!

However when you live a life of purpose there really is no good or bad outside of the realm of morality because everything that takes place can be made to serve your purpose. All you need to do is see it that way, find the empowering meaning and leverage your version of reality by living in alignment with it until you’ve brought it all to life.  Your superpowers have more to do with your struggles than with your victories because it truly is pain that perfects us not only in the gym and in many areas of life as long as we can find the purpose with in the pain.  Find the purpose within the pain and the meaning within the misery and you can unlock the potential readily available to you with in your current process of life.

For everything you’ve gone through and everything you survived, you now have the ability to speak to others and to reach them in ways that only ones who have the right of passage can. Your personal power, charisma and success is wrapped up in your individuality because it is the only part of you that is not only  impossible to duplicate but also because it gives you the ability to help others in a way that only you can; And success as a byproduct of  the amount of people you can help in a lifetime.
