⚜️Performance, standards, consistency, and improvement are the things that protect relationships in my opinion. These are words that are avoided by current culture but they are everything when it comes to consistently improving someone’s life.

When you’re in a relationship with somebody, ask yourself if you’re keeping up with that person, constantly assess yourself and make sure that you’re not letting the other person down. It’s healthy to reflect on whether you’re still the same person (or a better version) of somebody whom your partner fell in love with. These are hard truths, but you must face them in order to understand your relationship quotient.

If you’ve been in a long-term relationship with somebody, take the time to assess how the quality of your life has fared? Has it improved, or are you going down a spiral? Your relationships define who you are as a person, and that plays an important role in how your life’s going to shape up.

One of the reasons why relationships fail is because people start to get too comfortable and take each other for granted. The key to healthy relationships is to always focus on being a better version of yourself every day. Focus on what is it that you can give to the others in your life, how you can contribute to their life.

Have an amazing life!
