⚜️When you’re leading a team, and some members make mistakes, there’s a possibility that they would want to run away from the situation rather than owning up to it. But, your job as a leader is to make them understand this failure is an opportunity for them to learn and avoid future outcomes of this sort. Everything must be a learning experience! If the team members feel they’re just going to get in trouble for what they did, that’s not going to be effective for anyone, but if they learn from the mistake and move forward with caution, it’ll be a lesson for all in the team. That is what defines a true leader.

And the same applies to you as well. I honestly feel bad for people who would just hammer themselves when they make a mistake. We have to learn that making a mistake is a part of getting better on your journey. Every time you start something new, you’re going to be bad at it in the beginning but with persistence, and effort, and learning along the way, you’re going to get there.

It’s better to take accountability for your mistakes and learn from them than not try out at all. A true failure is not someone who makes mistakes, it’s the one who hasn’t started at all. Look your mistakes in the eyes, throw them over your shoulders and keep moving!
