The President of the Association for the Recovery of Children (ARC) is the Patron Saint of Missing Children. A recipient of the Intelligence Commendation Medal and multiple Exceptional Performance Awards, he leveraged his ten-year CIA undercover operative experience in global field intelligence. 

A paramilitary officer, he is an expert in policy development, operational doctrine, hostage rescue, and clandestine techniques.
