⚜️Despite everyone’s best efforts, every once in a while things get a little bit squirrely. This is why you want to have systems that will hedge against letting things fall through the cracks when the inevitable inconsistencies of life show up. When you’re standing in a position to receive your client make sure you’re working off of your own time calculation with regards to their ETA.

The other draw one hour early and be in position at least 15 minutes before they arrive based on your own calculation. If the movement team is updating you accurately, let that be a cherry on top but do not depend on those updates because technology fails, phones die and humans make mistakes.
