I train the mind, body, and spirit. I train my body for the most primitive engagements but as a last resort. Additionally, the body is one of our first lines of defense as it acts as a deterrent which is one of the best ways to avoid conflict. I train my mind for everyday use because it makes me effective in all things. I train my spirit so that when I do all of these things I can execute them with power because it is the energy that fuels the fire in all that I do. I do my best to maintain the balance between all of these aspects of my being. It is only through balance that I can be a complete warrior, protector, husband, father or well rounded human being. You see my body, you hear my thoughts and see my actions because of my mind but it is my spirit that will never die and that is where you will find my will. In reality, I am 1% physical and 99% invincible and eternal. The understanding of these things may be one way that men have been able to achieve the impossible in times past.
