⚜️This shooting competition was special because I sent out an invite to some of our teams and just about half of our agents showed up to shoot the competition with me. This says quite a bit about the culture of The League and how much we really value the reality that protection is more than just a job, it’s a lifestyle. 

 

They do this on their own time on their own dime and this is the culture I want to see permeate throughout our industry. So that private security professionals are respected the way they should be for what they’re actually capable of doing. 

 

It’s not good enough simply to have a cool job, we must be above reproach. We must operate at a higher level than even local law enforcement when possible because we do not have a badge and our profession is one that lives depend on.
