Haven’t been able to pull the trigger for like a month… This competition felt so good. I didn’t perform to my highest standard but it felt good to get back in the game. Situations like these are where you see the benefits of continually training. Your skills will diminish if you don’t keep them sharp but this process will take longer and more repetitions you have from pounding the software to do these tasks deeper and deeper into your consciousness and brain housing.

Practice does not make perfect usually my friends, practice makes permanent. Let that sink in for a minute… The higher the quality of your practice, the higher is the probability that you can perform at a higher level more often and under stress (theoretically). All of the former practice slows down the attrition with regards to sophisticated skills such as shooting and moving. Nonetheless, even if you have to dry fire, don’t neglect the skills surrounding the fundamentals of Combat and Protection.
