⚜️⚜️⚜️ The Art of Surrender⚜️⚜️⚜️

Control what you can control, prioritize and execute… This is a formula to win. You must win the battle as you can in order to gain momentum and navigate the inevitable battles that you cannot win. The truth about this game is simply that you can’t win them all and so it is the ego in us that wants us to believe that we must always fight.

But I’m here to tell you that sometimes the righteous and wisest path to take is also the one of surrender… Sometimes life needs to teach you something and you can only learn that lesson with your eyes and ears open. There is plenty of made in having the humility to flow with the tides of life at the right time. It is always mortifying at first but once you truly learn the art of this you’ll see that it is yet another strategy and tool to position you with the wind in your sales.

Sometimes the most tactical move is to calm the storm within you and simply submit to the turbulence… Allowing it to throw you this way and that way and in this do you become more flexible like the willow tree in the thunderstorm. Realizing that your flexibility is actually what makes you unbreakable. It is during these times when you actually can find your Way into the eye of the storm where it is most peaceful. This is where you truly learn about the power center of what you were going through and as you wait, watch and listen… You become calm and tranquil enough to pick your next shot or attack point to step into the battle most effectively. To calm down and study the situation or your enemy while he gives his best to try and destroy you is an art of war that only the most confident can access…

Understanding which way the wind is blowing and whether it is time to fight or time to surrender to what simply IS, truly is the supreme heart of navigation with regards to many of the trials and tribulations you must face in this life to become who you were created to be.

I promise you that if you can understand this by the grace of God you will learn that stillness speaks. Solitude is a gift and the confidence to know when to surrender and when to fight is a truly lethal weapon that will make you almost indestructible.

If you are paying attention you will receive guidance on the path but you will also receive guidance when you stop to listen by God’s grace as long as in both modes you have purposed in your heart never to give up.
