In conversation with Wes Bearden, where we indulge in knowing about the National Council of Investigation and Security Services. ( https://www.nciss.org/ ) It is a USA-based association formed to watch legislative issues which makes it important for private security professionals like us to know about. Wes has been involved with several of the state as well as national associations so he brings in, his plethora of experience to the EP industry.

Wes goes on to talk about the vision and mission of the institution as well as his specific role within the NCISS. He also sheds light on the reasons why we may not actually see a nationwide license for the EP folks. As a private security professional, this episode has every bit of information that you need to know about the NCISS.

We also end up discussing if the private security industry would eventually take over a larger share of the law enforcement services and you guys must absolutely listen to the whole episode to know what’s Wes take on that!
