I remember growing up around women, my mother, grandmom, and my sisters. I’d see my dad only in the summer so I was by myself a lot. I learned how to become strong, how to fight, all on my own. I remember always kind of being alone, and find my own place, and earn my stripes. All I had was me, my skin, and my God. I built very strong psychology around personal strength. And all of this paid off, because now, who I am, what I have become is due to all the skills that I learned during those times. Trust me, it’s a beautiful thing to have faith in yourself to keep going.

Not everyone around you is going to understand your journey, so you need to learn how to trust your instincts. So, step out and get after your potential. All it takes is faith, and hard work to get moving on your journey. The victory will come by the grace of God and it will never extend it to you if you don’t get in the ring. Faith without action is dead and it’s impossible to please the Father without faith. Find your imperfections and strengths. Love yourself enough to do the things that you need to do. Discipline is the ultimate form of love. Sometimes it is important to be alone and endure the pain that prepares you for the ultimate battle.

If you look into the history of all men and women, you will find tragedy and struggle. But, what makes them stand out is the meaning they gave to those atrocities happening in their life.
