Preconditioned thought processes are unconscious thought patterns that emerge almost instinctively in order to help you gain control or power in any given situation within your environment.

o   Example: maybe growing up you had to compete with your siblings for affection from your parents and as a result you are always comparing yourself to other people and trying to one up everyone around you.

 

o   This preconditioned thought process is largely unconscious to you by the time you’re an adult,

it keeps you out of harmony with your new environment in adult life.

 

o   If you could create a win-win situations at work, and work better with those around you, you could get promoted to a management position or even run your own company.

 

o   Your new goal must be to unlearn behavior that does not suit you anymore, it is not effective for your new environment and mature life. There are better courses of action to execute.

 

o    How do you retrain yourself?

 

 

  • You must raise your level of consciousness about actions, decisions and words.

 

  • Introspection into the way you’ve dealt with situations must occur daily

 

  • You must practice mindfulness concerning any and every situation that does not turn out exactly the way you want it to.

 

  • Remember that you are not your thoughts, your thoughts come from your ego or focal consciousness and are just the algorithm designed from everything you’ve learned thus far in your human experience. This is a very limited type of intelligence.

 

  • When you learn to disassociate yourself from your thoughts and your ego and still your mind, step into the silence, step into the gap of consciousness between action and reaction you’ll raise your level of present moment consciousness.

 

  •  When you act from intense present moment consciousness this is stepping into the loop because you’re coming from a higher level of consciousness and will begin reacting more appropriately more often. You must step into the loop with the right perspective and perception.

o    Reach a higher level of consciousness by slowing down your mind
